GHC directs the logistics of your project on time and on budget. We create a detailed plan, installation schedule, and delivery schedule for all of the FF&E that is required for each location. Our delivery schedule balances just-in-time deliveries with warehoused material and organizes shipments based upon areas of readiness for installation.
GHC manages the scheduling of the FF&E to arrive at the warehouse and depart for the job site as efficiently as possible, reducing costs associated with storage, handling and delivery.
