FF&E Overview

What is FF&E?
In the Hospitality Industry, Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment (FF&E) describes those items which wear out much more rapidly than other building components causing an owner or prospective buyer to establish a fund for the cost and frequency of replacement. FF&E includes those items that are not permanently attached to a building.

What qualifies as FF&E may vary slightly from project to project but usually includes such objects as tables, chairs, art, electronic equipment, in-room appliances etc.

Whether you are opening a new property, renovating a current facility or relocating, GHC ensures that your furniture, fixtures, equipment and materials are routed to their proper location, stored (if necessary), delivered in a timely manner, and properly installed.
